| Board of Directors of Leads School is the senior policy-making body for the School. Compared to the governing boards of other educational institutions, the governing board plays an active role in the school governance. It consisit of the President of the School; Directors and Members of Board of Trustees, who elect their own successors to up to two six-year terms. The Board will appoint Program Director and approve the yearly budget and annual plan for the school. | ||
| The School Advisory Board is appointed by the Board of Directors of Leads School. Membership consists of representatives from professional nursing, general education, physicians,4 Alumni Fellows (who are elected by the alumni association) and other members of the academic community groups. The Program Director is a member of the Advisory Board with the School Secretary acting as the Board’s secretary. Meetings are scheduled according to need. | ||
| The function of the Advisory Board is: | ||
| To act in an advisory capacity to the faculty in all matters concerning the smooth running of the school. Will review the effectiveness of the programs and provide overall policy advice to the faculty. | ||
| The faculty of Leads School of Technology shall be officially called "The Practical Nursing Faculty" and will perform duties in accordance with the power and duties vested upon the Program Director and the Practical Nursing Faculty by the board of the Executive Directors of Leads School of Technology.
